What does the process look like if my radiator needs service or on-site field repair?
Contact our field service team to get your project kicked-off.
We will work to gather radiator and generator information, so we can identify the issue. Or if issue is more complexed, a certified field service manager can arrange a site visit to diagnose the issue.
We will then prepare a detailed estimate of repairs or services that are recommended by the field service manager. This can include scope of work, “price not to exceed”, any down- times, and any special equipment needed to complete the project).
After customer and DRC agree to terms and conditions, the project will be scheduled.
The DRC team will manage the project from start to the finish.
Once work is completed, the job site will be left as it was when DRC arrived.
Our field service team only leave once the customer is completely satisfied, no questions asked. A truly worry-free project management process.
